The Brandon Agency is happy to welcome Stephanie Warren and Dawn Temples Knopff, both Myrtle Beach natives, to the Myrtle Beach office as Account Managers. Both women join the Client Services team as primary liaisons between clients and the agency’s many internal departments.
The key role of the account manager is to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with current clients including managing budgets and billing, approving all internal client work and leading the strategic planning of programs and projects.
Stephanie may be a new hire but she is not new to the agency, having spent all four summers of her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina working as an Account Management Intern with TBA. Warren moved on to New York City, where she worked in marketing and promotions for two Off-Broadway theater companies, New York Theatre Workshop as the Marketing Associate and The New Group as Marketing Director. In her previous position, Warren championed accessible efforts for events and materials in all departments, including implementing open caption, audio described and ASL performances each season. She also holds a Master of Mass Communications in Integrated Communications from USC.
Dawn brings nearly 20 years of marketing and advertising experience to the account manager role, having worked on both the agency and client side of the business. Her past roles include Advertising and Communications Manager with Hard Rock Park in Myrtle Beach, Marketing and Promotions Manager for House of Blues Myrtle Beach, Marketing Director with Ripley’s Attractions Myrtle Beach, and Account Manager with PM Digital in Columbia, SC. Knopff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina as well as a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Communication.
