The Brandon Agency, one of the Carolina’s largest integrated marketing and communications agencies, has been named among South Carolina’s best places to work for 2021 by the SC Biz News and SC Chamber of Commerce. This marks the agency’s fourth win, taking the number 23 position this year.
The SC Biz News and SC Chamber of Commerce’s Best Places to Work in South Carolina program, celebrating its 16th year, has been dedicated to finding and recognizing South Carolina’s best employers. Each year nominated SC companies receive this award based on a two-part process, firstly with an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics; and secondly with an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores of each determined awardees and their rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in the state of South Carolina
- Have a minimum of 15 employees working in the state of South Carolina
- Be in business a minimum of 1 year
