The Brandon Agency Honored With Eight Awards In American Advertising Awards Competition

The Brandon Agency, the only certified brand-planning agency in the Carolinas, took home eight awards in the American Advertising Awards Competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation – Coastal Carolinas division.

The agency won awards for creative excellence in a broad range of categories including print advertising, elements of advertising, sales promotion, and publication design. The American Advertising Awards ranks among the largest annual advertising competitions in the United States.

“Recognition for something we love doing is always worth celebrating,” said Scott Brandon, CEO of The Brandon Agency. “We are extremely proud of our team and it’s an absolute honor to be recognized for our concept and design talent, and our ability to create campaigns that impact our client’s businesses.”

The agency won three Gold Awards for the creation of the FLW Spring Print Ad, Heaven’s Trail Engineer Print Ad, and Winyah Bay Brewing Co. Logo. A Gold Award recognizes creative excellence at the highest level and is judged to be superior to all other entries in the category.

The agency also captured five Silver Awards for entries considered outstanding and worthy of recognition. These awards honored the agency’s work for the frogg toggs® 2020 Outerwear Catalog, Heybo Fall 2020 Catalog, Fish Hippie Front St. Hoodie Mailer, frogg toggs® FLW Fall Print Ad, and Pinehurst Southern Pines Logo.

Sponsored by the Washington, D.C.-based American Advertising Federation, the American Advertising Awards recognize exceptional advertising in print, broadcast, out-of-home, Internet and public service advertising. The program ranks among the industry’s largest creative competitions with over 40,000 entries each year. A panel of judges with the American Advertising Awards used a scoring process to evaluate all creative dimensions of every entry and selects the most creative entries in each category.
