The Brandon Agency has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by South Carolina Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Out of 2,470 South Carolina companies invited to participate in the survey and 9,605 employee responses, 67 companies were chosen as the Top Workplaces in 2022. These companies are divided into three categories based on the number of employees: Large Companies, Midsize Companies and Small Companies. The Brandon Agency was awarded the 24th spot in the Small Companies division.

The Brandon Agency attended an award ceremony hosted by Charleston Business Magazine, Greenville Business Magazine and Columbia Business Monthly on April 27, 2022, with all of the award winners. Each company will be featured in the May edition of the magazines under Top Workplaces in 2022.
