The Brandon Agency, the only certified brand-planning agency in the Carolinas, has promoted Courtney Olbrich to Director of Digital Strategy within the agency’s Media department. Olbrich, who has been with TBA for more than six years, will take on the new role in addition to her position as Associate Media Director.
As Director of Digital Strategy and Associate Media Director, Olbrich will be responsible for understanding the philosophy, planning, and implementation of digital platforms across the agency to ensure a strategic plan for clients is in place. In addition, she will be responsible for overall media planning and client development within the agency and for working with buyers and coordinators to maximize reach potential for all clients.
With over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Olbrich joined The Brandon Agency as Senior Media Planner/Buyer, previously having worked as an advertising sales account manager for CBS Radio Detroit and marketing coordinator for Little Caesars fundraising programs. During her time with the agency, Olbrich has been responsible for supporting the media planning of accounts such as BareOrganics, Daytona Beach, Security Finance, FIREDISC, frogg toggs, and Wilmington Health.
“Courtney has been a strong and knowledgeable member of the media team since 2015 and has helped guide media planning for a variety of client accounts throughout the years,” said Shelby Greene Selner, VP and Media Director of The Brandon Agency. “Whether it was guiding the agency and our clients through changes in the media industry or seeking out new ways to strengthen client presence in target markets, Courtney has been a driving force in the planning and implementation. We look forward to seeing her continued growth and contributions in her new role.”
