The Brandon Agency – providing award-winning marketing communications programs and campaigns proven to drive client success – continues to grow, expanding both its client base as well as its capabilities to ensure the company exceeds customer expectations.
As part of that growth, The Brandon Agency has named Paul Hughes as the agency’s public relations director to lead the public relations effort for the company’s expanding roster of clients.
In this position, Hughes will focus on understanding The Brandon Agency’s client’s needs and developing creative approaches to reach their target audiences in order to deliver tangible results that add value and lead to customer success.

Prior to joining The Brandon Agency, Hughes was the public relations manager for Fairchild Semiconductor, a global $1.6B semiconductor company. In his more than 20 years of public relations experience, he has held various agency positions including vice president of the engineering-driven technologies practice group at Topaz Partners (Boston, MA), and public relations director positions at Catalyst (Providence, R.I.), Harpell (Mass.), and BBL Advertising (Mass.). He was also a public affairs officer for the U.S. Army.
Hughes received his Bachelor of Science degree in management from Worcester State University, and received training at the Defense Information School at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Ind.
