The Brandon Agency, one of the Carolinas’ largest integrated marketing and communications agencies, has announced the promotion of several members of its client services team to senior-level roles, Heather Groshon, Lindsey Waltz, and Elizabeth Galloway.
In the Charlotte, NC office, Heather Groshon, who has been a member of the TBA team since September 2019, will move into the role of Senior Account Manager. During her time at the agency, Groshon has worked on accounts such as stayAPT Suites, Stance Healthcare, ScanSource, and Wastequip. She will continue working directly with clients as the main point of contact to build and maintain strong and productive relationships in her new position. Heather will also be responsible for working with account managers to drive strategy, communication, client results and team growth.
The Client Services team will also gain two Senior Project Managers with the promotion of Lindsey Waltz and Elizabeth Galloway. Waltz has been with TBA since January 2016, and Galloway since May 2018. Since joining TBA, Galloway and Waltz have worked on accounts such as HTC, ScanSource, Harsco Rail, Santee Cooper, and Fish Hippie.
As Senior Project Managers, Waltz and Galloway will work alongside the Project Director to coordinate internal teams to manage the completion of client and agency projects. They will also oversee a team of project managers, assisting them with efficiency, new ideas and facilitation of training programs that ensure continued advancement and success.
