Continuing its commitment to high-impact execution and results that drive real business growth, Brandon is excited to welcome Tyler Anderson to the team as Program Director. A seasoned leader with over a decade of experience across marketing, technology, restoration, and automotive industries, Tyler brings unmatched operational rigor and a people-first leadership style to the agency’s expanding team.
From managing multimillion-dollar restoration efforts to driving sales growth through digital transformation at Toyota, Tyler’s career is a masterclass in delivering results at scale. Most recently, as Senior Project Manager at Pace, he led strategic initiatives for AAA, Honda, Toyota, Truist, and more—masterfully aligning cross-functional teams to bring complex, creative campaigns to life.
As Program Director, Tyler will lead Brandon’s project management function by mentoring talent, optimizing systems, and championing clarity and consistency across all client engagements. His impact will touch everything from resourcing and budget forecasting to strategic new business support and cross-agency alignment.
Tyler’s track record includes launching a podcast program and studio overhaul at Oechsli, growing Bloom Co.’s team during the pandemic, and overseeing high-velocity insurance claims at Jenkins Restorations. No matter the role, his approach has always been rooted in trust, transparency, and a drive to make outcomes better.
“We’re thrilled to have Tyler Anderson on board. His ability to bring clarity to complexity and lead with both precision and empathy is exactly what Brandon needs as we scale,” said Tyler Easterling, President of Brandon. “He raises the bar on operational excellence while keeping people and outcomes at the center—and that’s the kind of leadership that turns great work into unstoppable results.”
“There’s a clear sense of grit, heart, and authenticity in the way the work gets done and in the way the teams show up for each other and their clients,” said Anderson. “That kind of intentional growth, grounded in purpose and collaboration, is something I deeply value.”
When Tyler isn’t building high-performance teams or streamlining processes, you’ll find him rebuilding vintage motorcycles, exploring trails with his family, or cheering on Red Bull in Formula 1—each hobby a reflection of his relentless curiosity, love of precision, and drive to win.
