New Pinterest categories

Pinterest rolled out some changes last week that included some new and much needed categories, as well as some changes to their old categories.

The site announced new categories including “Quotes,” “Tattoos” and “Weddings” on their blog last week.

There have also been a few name changes to existing categories including “Pets” which is now “Animals” and “Posters & Prints” which has now been changed to “Posters & Illustrations.”

There have also been improvements made when it comes to browsing, so you should also see less miscategorized pins while on the site, thanks to some adjusted technology on the site. All in all a better browsing experience for everyone!

Do you have a category you wish they would add to their lineup? Let us know!
