The Brandon Agency, the only accredited brand strategy agency in the Carolinas, has promoted Courtney Olbrich to Associate Media Director. Olbrich was previously designated as the Senior Media Planner/Buyer at the agency and brings over 14 years of marketing and sales experience to the new leadership role.
“We are excited to give Courtney a new leadership role within the media department,” said Shelby Greene, VP and Media Director. “She has continued to be a driving force, taking on a variety of roles and projects and maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn. She has also shown continued strength in maintaining client relationships and trust by offering her expertise and recommendations that have had proven successes, especially with our e-commerce clients.”
The Associate Media Director is responsible for planning all paid media, specific media selection and ordering space and time. In addition, the Associate Media Director is responsible for client development within the agency and working with planners and coordinators to maximize potential for all clients. The position involves new business presentations, client management and constant supervision of performance analytics to ensure all media is being measured, optimized and staying on budget.
Prior to her position at The Brandon Agency, Olbrich was an advertising sales account manager for CBS Radio Detroit and marketing coordinator for Little Caesars fundraising programs. Olbrich brings a wide-range of project management, promotional marketing, sales, event planning and digital marketing experience to the growing agency.
