THE BRANDON AGENCY NAMES PAT HARRIS NEW CREATIVE DIRECTOR

The Brandon Agency announced today that Pat Harris has joined the agency as creative director.

In this position, Harris will lead the integrated marketing agency’s creative team in the development of creative campaigns and concepts for clients, as well as ensure quality of work produced.

Harris began his career at HDM-Lord Dentsu where he served as creative director, working with clients such as TDK, Lea & Perrins and Peugeot.

He went on to co-found Hawley Martin Partners with his uncle David N. Martin, founder of The Martin Agency. During his time there, Harris was instrumental in earning the agency international recognition with awards from The One Show, N.Y. Art Director’s Club and D&AD.

Following this early career success, Harris continued to create award-winning work at DDB Needham and Crispin & Porter with recognition in D&AD, The One Show and The Clio Awards.

He also helped found Ground Zero, a West Coast-based agency that received a gold Clio and bronze Cannes Lion for its ESPN Major League Baseball Playoffs campaign.

Most recently, Harris served as the senior vice president/group creative partner at The Buntin Group and as the creative director at Engauge’s Pittsburgh-based office.

Harris’ creative work has been featured in a variety of industry media outlets, including Adweek, Brandweek, U.S. Ad Review and Creativity magazine.

He received his degree in advertising from the Portfolio Center in Atlanta.

“We’re pleased to welcome Pat to the agency, and are excited to see his talent and experience reflected in our work,” said Scott Brandon, CEO of The Brandon Agency. “Pat brings more to the table than just great creative ideas. He is extremely smart and strategic and his experience will benefit us in all areas of our agency. We could not be happier to have him on our team.”

In addition to Harris’ arrival, The Brandon Agency also recently acquired Benghiat Marketing & Communications, a Cleveland-based agency founded in 1983 that specializes in the consumer packaged goods, business-to-business, medical device and food industry categories and Wilson Lass, a Breckenridge Colorado-based agency that specializes in travel, tourism, affluent real estate and health care.
