The Brandon Agency, a leading integrated marketing agency based in the Southeast, continues to make its mark as an industry front-runner as it announces its recognition for the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s 2014 Silver Adrian Award for its successful efforts in its public relations campaign for Beaufort, S.C.
As a top award in the tourism and advertising industry, the Silver Adrian Award was given to The Brandon Agency from amongst 1,200 entries. The agency’s work was judged to be exceptional by expert hospitality, travel, tourism and media professionals.
The Brandon Agency began its full-service marketing relationship with the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce in fall 2012. The agency’s vision for Beaufort, S.C. launched the “Enrich” marketing campaign to promote how the town distinguishes itself from its neighboring coastal towns with rich American and Gullah history, an abundance of outdoor activities, authentic small-town feel and stands as a hidden gem of South Carolina’s Lowcountry. The public relations’ efforts that tie back to the “Enrich” marketing campaign, focuses on the town’s history and culture, outdoor offerings and Lowcountry cuisine, and during the 2013 calendar year, resulted in the following media highlights for the town:
