We have an exciting opportunity for a Media Planner to join our rapidly growing team. The Media Planner is responsible for understanding overall paid media philosophy, strategy and planning for traditional, digital and paid social channels. The media planner is specifically responsible for high-level media strategy for assigned clients within the agency, creating plans that meet each client’s objectives and maximizing their performance and potential. The ideal candidate will be able to identify strategies and ideas that drive results and solve business challenges, while staying organized and communicating clearly in a very fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Manage assigned client relationships from a media perspective
  • Conduct media consumption and target audience research for each assigned client to start forming unique media approach
  • Create efficient, logical and strategic media plans for assigned agency clients
  • Attend in-person/virtual client meetings to provide strategic media insights and get media plan approvals
  • Create media authorizations for approved plans and get client sign-off on spend
  • Oversee other media team members on assigned client accounts to ensure that the approved plan is being executed correctly, efficiently, within budget and within deadlines
  • Meet with media buyers to go over media plans with detail and reasoning to ensure all KPIs are met with buys

Qualifications for this role:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have 2-4 years of agency media planning experience. Paid social media planning experience a plus
  • Proficiencies in STRATA, SQAD, SRDS, and Social Ad Platforms (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit)
  • Proficiencies Microsoft Office Business Suite, Google Suite, Workamajig, Google Campaign Manager 360, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent time and calendar management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient
  • Ability to prioritize projects as they are assigned
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent math skills
