Michael Jordan, social media manager for The Brandon Agency, recently presented to the Georgia Association of Agricultural Fairs (GAAF) and South Carolina Association of Fairs (SCAF) 2012 Convention in Atlanta, Ga. The Association of Fairs mission is to educate and assist in the improvement of fairs, shows, expositions and allied fields.
Jordan discussed topics on the evolution of social media, what role it plays in the marketing mix and how it can be used as a customer relationship management tool. He also took part in a lengthy question and answer session on social media.
Jordan has more than a decade of experience in the marketing industry and has been with The Brandon Agency for nine years. In addition to being the agency’s social media manager, where he stays in front of emerging social media trends, he is also a program communicator, where he uses his creativity to maximize clients exposure.
